Paper pulp molding machine
Egg tray machine uses waste paper as raw materials to produce different kinds of products according to your requirements, such as egg trays, egg cartons, egg boxes, apple trays, fruit trays, industrial trays, seeding trays etc. Our machine include pulp making system ,forming system and drying system.
1.The warranty period: 1 year Guarantee for the maintance and repairment of the forming
machine exclude the parts of quick-wear. The spare parts will be provided according to the
client requirement.
2.The pre-production:we offer custom-made service to our customers, you need to provide
us some samples,such as photos,dimensions etc.
3.The installing issue:Qisheng will send engineers to customer's place . The customer should help installation, the engineer is responsible for installation, testing and training for 30 days.
The waste paper is pulped in the pulper, and the pulp that has been crushed under the action of hydraulic and friction enters the pulp pool.
The process uses negative pressure and vacuum adsorption to convert pulp into egg trays.You can make egg boxes,fruit trays with the egg tray machines by changing moulds.
The formed egg tray wet billet is sent to the conveyor belt of the metal oven drying line (temperature 180-250 ° C) to dry.
The dried egg trays can be loaded and transport after auomatic stacking and packing.
