Acid-Resistant 316L Stainless Steel Grommet Screen for Mineral Processing Machines
HUATAO's grommet screens are precision-engineered replacement screens for Rotex® separators and other mineral screening equipment. These wire screens feature reinforced edges with either heavy-duty PU strips or 180-degree folded mesh, secured with durable stainless steel grommets for easy installation and long service life.
Our rectangular mesh design provides up to 30% larger open screening area compared to standard options, increasing processing capacity without compromising screen durability. Available for all common cut sizes, these screens are ideal for both coarse and fine mineral separations.
Compatible with mineral processing machines of all types and sizes, including Megatex® screeners (with optional stainless steel hooks for secure fitting). The high-grade stainless steel grommets resist wear and corrosion in demanding mining environments.
